Correct skewing and dark borders when copying booklets.
Your Brother machine's Book Copying feature automatically corrects dark borders and skewing when you make a copy on the flat scanner glass.
You cannot use the Page Layout, Sort, Duplex Copy, Ink Save Mode, Fit to Page, Thin Paper Copy or Watermark Copy features with Book Copying.
To use your Brother machine's Book Copying feature, follow these steps:- Press Copy.
- Place the document you want to copy face down on the flat scanner glass.
- Use the dial pad to enter the number of copies you want to make (up to 99).
- Press the Left or Right arrow key to display Advanced Settings.
- Press Advanced Settings.
- Press Book Copy.
- If you do not want to change any additional settings, do one of the following:
- Press Black Start on the Brother machine to make a black and white copy.
- Press Color Start on the Brother machine to make a color copy.
- Press Black Start on the Brother machine to make a black and white copy.
