Store and recall the copy settings I use most often.
You can store the copy settings that you use most often as a Favorite. You can set up to three Favorites with different combinations of settings. Click the link below for your case.
To store Favorite copy settings
- To store Favorite copy settings.
- To use a stored Favorite copy setting.
- To rename a Favorite copy setting.
To store Favorite copy settings
- Press Copy.
- Choose the copy options and settings you want to store.
- Press the Left or Right arrow key to display Favorite Settings.
- Press Favorite Settings.
- Press Store.
Set Watermark Copy to Off or Template when storing Favorite Settings. - Press the location on which you want to store your settings.
You can select Favorite: 1, Favorite: 2, or Favorite: 3.
- Do one of the following:
- Press OK.
to delete characters.
- Press Copy.
- Press the Left or Right arrow key to display Favorite.
- Press Favorite.
- Press the favorite setting you want to retrieve.
- Press Copy.
- Press the Left or Right arrow key to display Favorite Settings.
- Press Favorite Settings.
- Press Rename.
- Press the favorite setting you want to change.
- Press the keys on the screen to enter the new name.
The name can be up to 12 characters long.
- Press OK.
