The machine does not print anything.

Please make sure the following points:

 


  • Make sure that the cable is connected to the printer.
  • Make sure that the appropriate printer driver is selected.
  • Make sure that the printer is set to 'AUTO' interface mode.
  • If you are using a network, make sure that the print server is configured correctly.
    For example if you are using the TCP/IP protocol, make sure that you have specified the correct IP address and subnet information. Click here to learn how to set the IP address.
