Stitches are not uniform

  • Adjustment of thread tension is not performed properly.

     

    Adjust the thread tension properly.

    (1) Left needle thread tension dial (Yellow)

    (2) Center needle thread tension dial (Pink)

    (3) Right needle thread tension dial (Green)

    (4) Looper thread tension dial (Blue)

    (5) Tension selection mark

    (6) Dial up to decrease tension (Adjusting the tension dial to a lower number for looser thread tension.)

    (7) Dial down to increase tension (Adjusting the tension dial to a higher number for tighter thread tension.)

     

    Position "4" on the tension dial is the standard of thread tension.
    Start the adjustment with "4" when adjusting thread tension.
    When adjusting the thread tension, change the tension dial position little by little and then check the sewing result with trial sewing.
