In Windows, the Brother printer driver windows are in a foreign language. How can I change the printer driver windows to be in a local language?

The following instructions will help you completely uninstall the printer driver and reinstall the newest printer driver.

  1. Make a temporary directory on your HDD to save the downloaded file, e.g. C:\bro
  2. Download the uninstaller application to the temporary directory: Click here to download the uninstaller.
  3. Once downloading is completed, double click the downloaded file to extract it.
  4. Double click on "brunins.exe".
  5. Choose the printer driver that you want to remove, and click Uninstall.
  6. Follow the onscreen instructions.
  7. Reboot your computer when prompted.
  8. Go to the Downloads section of this web site and reinstall the driver.

Do not use Add New Hardware Wizard to reinstall drivers.
