How do I perform a factory reset?

 


Use the following steps to perform a Factory Reset:

  1. Press the Menu key.
  2. Press the Down arrow key, display should read;  2: Maintenance.
  3. Press the Set key, display should read; Init NVM.
  4. Press the Set key, display should read; Ready to Init.
  5. Press the Set key, display should read; Yes No.
  6. Press the left arrow key to select; Yes.
  7. Press the Set key, display should read; Initializing, Initialized, Reboot system to take effect.
  8. Power off printer.
  9. Wait 5 seconds.
  10. Power on printer.
