Error Message or LED Indication - Troubleshooting

LED Light

• The machine does not print and the LED lamp flashes when I print using a built-in driver. (Windows Vista® / Windows® 7)

Error Message on PC Display

• When I try to use the database function, the error message "Code=800401f9 Msg: Error in the DLL Source: ADODB. Connection Description:" appears. What should I do?  
• "Error: 126" appears on my Windows® XP PC during the installation of the printer driver.
