Print Problem - Troubleshooting

Cannot Print

• I have connected multiple printers of the same model to one PC but can only print from one of the machines.
• I cannot print from the printer in a network-shared environment. What can I do?
• I'm using Windows Vista® and trying to use a network connected QL-Printer, but the machine stays offline and I cannot print. What should I do?
• When I try to print a label, it comes out blank.
• Printing is not possible. (USB connection) 
• Printing is not possible. (P-touch Editor 5.0 for Mac)
• When I print a long label or many labels continuously, printing suddenly stops.
• Printing is possible by a user with Administrator access; however, printing is not possible by a user with Power User access. (Windows 2000/XP)
• The QL-series printer does not print or a printing error is received.
• My machine has suddenly stopped printing.

Print Quality Problem

• How do I print labels with higher quality? (P-touch Editor 5.0 for Mac)
• The information on my label is horizontally compressed and not shaped correctly, why?
• How do I print labels with higher quality? (P-touch Editor 5.0 for Windows)
• The printing has poor quality, white lines, or streaks.
• The label does not feed correctly or the print is skewed to the left or right.

Printed Result

• The printed bar code image is different from what I see on the P-touch Editor screen. (P-touch Editor 5.0 for Windows)
• Some parts of the label are not printed, even though it is shown correctly on-screen. Why?
