Trouble Shooting

• Where do I put the oil in my machine?
• With free-motion quilting, skipped stitches or needle breakage occur
• It is difficult to pass the thread through the needle bar thread guide(hook).
• When I press the Start-Stop Button or Foot Controller, my machine makes a whirring noise, but the Needle bar does not move.
• I slide the stitch width adjustment, but I can not adjust the stitch width(zigzag width).
• I slide the stitch length adjustment slider, but I can not adjust the stitch length.
• Why does my thread keep jamming?
• The thread tension is incorrect.
• Why does the upper thread keep breaking?
• Why does the needle keep breaking?
• Why does the lower thread keep breaking?
• When thread got tangled.
