Print Problem - Troubleshooting

Cannot Print

• I have connected multiple printers of the same model to one PC but can only print from one of the machines.
• Printing is not possible. (USB connection) 
• The label is not printed even though I pressed the print key.

Print Quality Problem

• Why do my labels have a blank horizontal line running through the text of the label?

Tape Margin

• How do I adjust the tape margin?

• Why does my P-touch machine print only the first line of text?
• The font used in P-touch Editor is not applied to the text to be printed.
