Tape/ Label/ Paper Jams or Problem - Troubleshooting

Tape

  • The ink ribbon got caught in between the tape layers and came out of the machine.
  • The tape is entangled in the machine, or the top and base layers of the laminated tape are misaligned.

Label

  • My label is not cut automatically when printing.
