P-touch Editor Problem - Troubleshooting

P-touch Editor 5.0

• I cannot register the Add-In in 64 bit editions of Microsoft® Office 2010 (P-touch Editor 5.0 for Windows).
• I cannot select my printer name from the "Application Matching Printer" drop-down menu in the "Printer Setup" dialog box (P-touch Editor 5.0 for Windows).
• Can I use the P-touch Editor application to edit a picture that I imported?
• During the installation of P-touch Editor 5.0, the message "uninstall the previous version of the software" appears.
• When I try to use the database function, an application error occurs. (P-touch Editor 5.0 for Windows)
• The tape width cannot be selected. Only standard paper sizes can be selected. (P-touch Editor 5.0 for Windows)

P-touch Editor 4.2

• I am using P-touch Editor 4.2 but the Add In utility does not work with Office 2007.
• When I try to run the P-touch Library, a warning message "A compatible printer cannot be found" appears.
• When I try to use the database function, an application error occurs.

P-touch Editor 3.2 for Macintosh

• P-touch Editor does not start, showing the message "The application P-touch Editor 3.2 quit unexpectedly."
• I cannot find the template files.
