Copy Problem - Troubleshooting

General

  • My documents are not feeding through the Automatic Document Feeder when I try to send a fax, scan to the PC, or make a copy.
  • When I print or copy a document with fast mode, the printing is shifted too high on the paper.

Cannot Copy

  • The rainbow cursor keeps spinning when I click on Copy/PC-FAX in ControlCenter2 (For Mac OS X 10.7).

Copy Quality Problem

  • When I make a copy the image or text is cut off.
  • My printed documents are missing colors.
  • My printed documents are missing black.
  • Cleaning the print head.
  • When I print, the pages are smudged with ink. What should I do?
  • How do I clean the Scanner to improve the copy or fax quality?
