P-touch Editor Problem - Troubleshooting

P-touch Editor 5.0

I cannot register the Add-In in 64 bit editions of Microsoft® Office 2010 (P-touch Editor 5.0 for Windows).
I cannot select my printer name from the "Application Matching Printer" drop-down menu in the "Printer Setup" dialog box (P-touch Editor 5.0 for Windows).
My format is reset to default once my label has been printed when running the Excel Add-In. (P-touch Editor 5.0 for Windows)
The P-touch Add-In is registered in Microsoft Word or Excel, but it still cannot be used. (P-touch Editor 5.0 for Windows)
