Paper Feed Problem - Troubleshooting

General

  • My Brother machine feeds multiple sheets of paper at a time when printing.

Paper Jams

  • I still receive the error message "Paper Jam" after I removed the jammed paper.
  • Document Jam
  • Glossy Paper does not feed correctly.
  • Paper Jam

Cannot Feed

  • Clear the "Wrong Tray Setting" message from my Brother machine's display.
  • No Paper Fed
