Copy Problem - Troubleshooting

Cannot Copy

  • The rainbow cursor keeps spinning when I click on Copy/PC-FAX in ControlCenter2 (For Mac OS X 10.7).

Copy Quality Problem

  • Clean the scanner to improve the copy or fax quality
  • Printouts (envelope, cardboard) have creases.
  • Printouts have wrinkles.
