Paper Feed Problem - Troubleshooting

General

  • My documents are not feeding through the Automatic Document Feeder (ADF)  when I try to send a fax, scan to the PC, or make a copy. What can I do?
  • The paper is skewed when it's printed.
  • My Brother machine misfeeds paper.

Paper Jams

  • "Paper Jam Inside" error appears on the LCD. What should I do?
  • "Paper Jam Rear" error appears on the LCD. What should I do?
  • "Paper Jam Tray" error appears on the LCD. What should I do?
