Fax Problem - Troubleshooting

General

• I'm using MagicJack and am having problems sending or receiving faxes. 

Settings

• Changes to the contents stored in the address book do not become effective in the stored speed dial numbers in Windows®.

Cannot Send

• I am using Voice Over Internet Protocol (VoIP) and I'm having problems receiving faxes.
• I am using Voice Over Internet Protocol (VoIP) and I'm having problems sending faxes.
• I am experiencing problems sending a fax.

Cannot Receive

• I am using voicemail and I am having problems receiving faxes and voice calls. (video FAQ available)
• I am having a problem receiving faxes.
• Why doesn't the machine answer when receiving a call?
• I cannot receive a color fax. Why?

Cannot PC-FAX

• The rainbow cursor keeps spinning when I click on Copy/PC-FAX in ControlCenter2 (For Mac OS X 10.7).
• I'm using Windows® 2000 and Windows® XP. I want to use a name from my address book to send a FAX. The address book is stored on a network share and when I try to access the address book I can not open it.

Fax Quality Problem

• When receiving a single page fax, why does the fax print on two pages or a blank sheet ejects afterwards?
• Why are the faxes I send always received with a black vertical line down the page?
