PhotoCapture Center Problem

WARNING: Do not start your PC with a USB Flash memory drive or memory card (if applicable) already in the media slot.
I am unable to use the USB Flash memory drive or memory card (if applicable) related features on my Mac OS®. What can I do?
I'm using Windows® 2000. Removable Disk does not work properly.
I'm unable to access the memory (media) card in the media slot. What can I do?
While writing data to the media (memory) card in the media slot, the status dialog box has not been updated. It appears to have frozen. What can I do?
Images of the thumbnail page from the media (memory) card won't print.
