Network Problem - Troubleshooting

Cannot Print

  • The "ping" command reports that I can communicate with the PS-9000, but I cannot print.

Operations

  • During the set-up of the PS9000, an error message says that "The selected Brother PS 9000 is already registered" appears, and I cannot go to the next step.
  • I am not familiar with networking, so I do not know which address should be assigned to the print server.
  • I cannot discover the product with the configuration utility.
  • A different IP address is assigned every time the product is booted.
  • I have an occasional problem printing.
