Trouble Shooting

• The "Pivot" key can not be selected.
• Sewing is started even though the presser foot is raised.
• With free-motion quilting, skipped stitches or needle breakage occur
• The stitch patterns cannot be selected.
• Automatic Fabric Sensor System does not function
• The needle or the presser foot can not be changed in the free-motion sewing mode.
• It is difficult to pass the thread through the needle bar thread guide(hook).
• The needle strikes the presser foot
• When I create an embroidery pattern design on PE-DESIGN(PE-DESIGN, PE-DESIGN Lite, or PED-Basic), what Design Page Size is my sewing machine?
