Paper Feed Problem - Troubleshooting

General

  • The paper is skewed when it's printed.
  • My Brother machine misfeeds paper.

Paper Jams

  • Paper jam occurs at the Paper Tray or paper cannot be fed from the Paper Tray.
  • How can I clear the "PAPER JAM" or "PRINTER JAM" error message?

Cannot Feed

  • I'm using Windows® XP. I can't tell my application to feed paper from the lower tray.
