Print Problem - Troubleshooting

Cannot Print

• I have connected multiple printers of the same model to one PC but can only print from one of the machines.
• When I try to print a label, it comes out blank.
• Printing is not possible. (USB connection) 
• Printing is possible by a user with Administrator access; however, printing is not possible by a user with Power User access. (Windows 2000/XP)
• Printing is not possible. (P-touch Editor 5.0 for Mac)
• Printing is not possible. (MAC OS X 10.3)
• The software compatible with Mac OS 10.3 or 10.4 was installed, but labels cannot be printed correctly.

Tape Margin

• I want to print without excess tape before the label.

Printed Result

• The machine prints regardless of the difference in the media size. (Windows Vista® / Windows® 7)
• My label is printing like a mirror image. (P-touch Editor 4.2 for Windows)
• A part of the printed data is missing.
• Even though the tape length is set to less than 1" (25 mm) in P-touch Editor, the label is printed with a length of 1" (25 mm).
• Small characters are blurred or the edges of printed characters are jagged.
