Web BRAdmin

This is a web version of Brother's BRAdmin Professional software that has LAN/WAN capabilities. It requires a Microsoft Internet Information Server.

This utility is available only in English, but is compatible with non-English operating systems.

How to Download and Install

Note:

  • You must log on as an Administrator.
  • If the "User Account Control" prompt is displayed, click "Continue".


<<Important Notes for Windows Vista® (IIS7.0) or later Users>>
Please be sure to follow the steps below before installing the Web BRAdmin software.

  1. Click on Start -> Control Panel -> Programs -> Programs and Features ,and click on "Turn Windows features on or off".
  2. Select the "Internet Information Services" check box.
  3. Click on + mark and open the sub trees and select "Web Management Tools" check box. Click on + mark and open the sub trees and select "IIS 6 Management Compatibility" and then check "IIS 6 Scripting Tools". (At same time "IIS 6 WMI Compatibility" and "IIS Metabase and IIS 6 configuration compatibility" are checked.)
  4. Next, select the check box of "World Wide Web Services" and open the sub trees. Check "CGI" under "Application Development Features".
  5. Finally, please confirm all settings were done correctly and click on OK.

 

 

  1. Make a temporary directory on your HDD to save the downloaded file, e.g. C:\bront
  2. Start downloading.
  3. Once downloading is completed, double click the downloaded file.
  4. The installation will start. Please follow the installation directions.
