Cannot Copy

  • The rainbow cursor keeps spinning when I click on Copy/PC-FAX in ControlCenter2 (For Mac OS X 10.7).

Copy Quality Problem

  • The copies I make and/or the documents I print from my computer have a curl or wave to them when they feed out of the Brother machine. What can I do?
  • I am using Windows®/ Mac OS® 8.x-9.x. When I print from Adobe® Illustrator® with PCL printer driver, text and images are jagged.
  • How do I improve the copy quality?
  • How do I clear vertical lines or streaks that appear in the copies I made?
