Network Problem - Troubleshooting

General

  • I'm trying to install the driver with network settings, but the installation wizard is not able to locate the Brother machine on my network, I'm getting the message "No devices could be found over the network".
  • I receive an error message when trying to use network functions.(For Windows®)

Network Print

  • I cannot print from my computer via network. (For Macintosh)
  • I cannot print from my computer via network. (For Windows®)
  • I cannot print over a network using the XML Paper Specification Printer Driver.
  • I am using Safari in Mac OS X. When I created a CSR or a Self-signed Certificate using the IP address to configure the  "Common Name" and I try to access the Print Server using Safari with SSL communication, Safari issues an alert.
  • I'm trying to install the driver with network settings, but I cannot locate a network connected Brother machine and complete the driver installation. (For Windows®)

Management

  • I updated the Web BRAdmin and cannot enable the logging function.
  • I cannot use the "Modules Update" button on Web BRAdmin.
  • The BRAdmin Professional software is not able to locate the Brother machine on my network.
