Fax Problem - Troubleshooting

Settings

  • Changes to the contents stored in the address book do not become effective in the stored speed dial numbers in Windows®.

Cannot Send

  • I am using Voice Over Internet Protocol (VoIP) and I'm having problems receiving faxes. What can I do?
  • I am using Voice Over Internet Protocol (VoIP) and I'm having problems sending faxes. What can I do?
  • I am experiencing problems sending a fax.

Cannot Receive

  • Why doesn't the machine answer when receiving a call?
  • I cannot receive a colour fax.

Cannot PC-FAX

  • The rainbow cursor keeps spinning when I click on Copy/PC-FAX in ControlCenter2 (For Mac OS X 10.7).
  • I want to use a name from my Windows® 2000/XP address book to send a FAX. The address book is stored on a network share and when I try to access the address book it will not open.

Fax Quality Problem

  • When receiving a single page fax, why does the fax print on two pages or a blank sheet ejects afterwards?
  • Why are the faxes I send always received with a black vertical line down the page?
