Error Message or LED Indication - Troubleshooting

LED Light

• The LED lamp flashes and my machine will not print using Windows Vista® / Windows® 7.

Error Message on PC Display

• I get an error saying "The roll of labels or tape inside the machine does not match the one selected in the application."
• When I try to use the database function, the error message " Code=800401f9 Msg: Error in the DLL Source: ADODB. Connection Description:" appears.
• "Error: 126" appears on my Windows® XP PC during the installation of the printer driver.
• The message "Wrong media size." appears using P-touch Editor 5.0 for Mac.
• The QL-series printer does not print or a printing error is received.
• A data transmission error appears on the computer when trying to print a label.
• The message "Paper cannot be fed. (There may be no more paper.)" is displayed on the print monitor screen.
