Network Problem - Troubleshooting

General

  • I receive an error message when trying to use network functions.(For Windows®)

Network Print

  • I cannot print from my computer via network. (For Macintosh)
  • I cannot print from my computer via the network. (For Windows®)
  • I'm using Windows Vista® or Windows® 7 and trying to use a Brother machine connected to the network, but the machine stays offline and I cannot print. 
  • I am having trouble printing with Windows® 95/98/Me and Windows NT® 4.0 Peer-to-Peer network (LPR method).
  • I'm trying to install the driver with network settings, but I cannot locate a network connected Brother machine and complete the driver installation. (For Windows®)
  • I'm using my Brother machine in a Windows® XP / Windows Vista® networked TCP/IP environment, I was able to print, but suddenly I cannot print.

Management

  • I cannot connect to the print server using my web browser.
  • The 'Get More Info' option in Windows® 2000 is not working with IPP.
  • The BRAdmin Professional software is not able to locate the Brother machine on my network.
