Copy Problem - Troubleshooting

Cannot Copy

  • The rainbow cursor keeps spinning when I click on Copy/PC-FAX in ControlCenter2 (For Mac OS X 10.7).

Copy Quality Problem

  • My prints have toner scattered on the page.
  • How do I clean the scanner to improve the copy quality?
  • Printouts have wrinkles.
  • There are spots printed at 75mm intervals down the page.
  • White streaks or bands appear down the page.
  • Colored lines appear across the page.
  • Vertical line or streaks appear on the copies I make.
