Drivers

The driver downloaded from the website cannot be installed.
What can I do when the installation of the printer driver was not completed. (How to download the printer driver information cleanup tool)
While installing the driver a dialog box appears allowing you to select whether to replace or add a driver.
A Warning message appears during the installation on Windows XP.

Operating System (Windows)

I cannot open [Label format definitions] from the Printing Preferences in Windows® 7. After clicking [Label format definitions] I get the error message “Administrator privileges are required in order to use this utility.”
