Print Problem - Troubleshooting

Cannot Print

  • I have connected multiple printers of the same model to one PC but can only print from one of the machines.
  • The print command was sent to the MPrint, but it does not print.
  • Printing is not possible. (USB connection) 

Print Quality Problem

  • The print is faint (light) .

Printed Result

  • My label is printing like a mirror image. (P-touch Editor 5.0 for Windows)
  • My label is printing like a mirror image. (P-touch Editor 4.2 for Windows)
