Paper Feed Problem - Troubleshooting

Paper Jams

When I tried to scan the document, it is not feed properly and it jams or seems to feed from one side.

Cannot Feed

The scanner is connected but it will not feed paper or do anything else. (For Macintosh)
The scanner is connected but it will not feed paper or do anything else. (For Windows®)
