Paper Feed Problem - Troubleshooting

  • My documents are not feeding through the Automatic Document Feeder when I try to send a fax, scan to the PC, or make a copy.

Paper Jams

  • I still receive the error message "Paper Jam" after I removed the jammed paper.
  • Glossy Paper does not feed correctly. What can I do?
