Copy Problem - Troubleshooting

General

  • My documents are not feeding through the Automatic Document Feeder (ADF)  when I try to send a fax, scan to the PC, or make a copy. What can I do?

Cannot Copy

  • The rainbow cursor keeps spinning when I click on Copy/PC-FAX in ControlCenter2 (For Mac OS X 10.7).

Copy Quality Problem

  • I am using Windows®/ Mac OS® 8.x-9.x. When I print from Adobe® Illustrator® with PCL printer driver, text and images are jagged.
  • How can I improve the copy quality?
  • How do I clear vertical lines or streaks that appear in the copies I made?
