• When I sew an embroidery pattern design exported as DST format in PE-DESIGN, how do I specify whether or not the jump stitches are cut on the embroidery machine of the PR series?
• I tried to update the machine with USB media and pushed "USB HOST". But the screen didn't change for more than 5 minutes and I still can't upgrade it.
• There is looseness in the mounting jig when the fabric is placed in the cap frame/cylinder frame.
