Print Problem - Troubleshooting

Cannot Print

• I have connected multiple printers of the same model to one PC but can only print from one of the machines.
• Paper moves through the printer, but nothing appears on the paper.
• Pages don't print. What should I do?
• Printing is not possible. (USB connection) 

Print Quality Problem

• Images appear blurred or lines are jagged when printed using the JPEG printing function. What can I do?  
• The printed image is out of alignment.
• The print quality is poor, and the image is too light or dark.
