Network Problem - Troubleshooting

General

• I cannot connect my machine to the wireless network.
• Connection : Failed (Error : TS-08) on the WLAN report
• Connection : Failed (Error : TS-07) on the WLAN report
• Connection : Failed (Error : TS-06) on the WLAN report
• Connection : Failed (Error : TS-05) on the WLAN report
• Connection : Failed (Error : TS-04) on the WLAN report
• Connection : Failed (Error : TS-02) on the WLAN report
• Connection : Failed (Error : TS-01) on the WLAN report
• I configured the "IP Config" method of the machine to "Auto" to assign an IP address automatically, however it was changed to "Static" unexpectedly. I get an error message that indicates IP address is not unique, or a document is printed out by the machine I didn't expected.
• I receive an error message when trying to use network functions.(For Windows®)

Network Print

• I cannot print from my computer via network. (For Macintosh)
• I cannot print from my computer via network. (For Windows®)
• I'm trying to install the driver with network settings, but I cannot locate a network connected Brother machine and complete the driver installation. (For Windows®)
• I'm using the Simple Network Configuration capabilities of Apple Mac OS X. I can print from a Macintosh, but not from a Windows® PC.
• I'm using the Simple Network Configuration capabilities of Apple Mac OS X. The printer appears in the "Print Center", "Printer Setup Utility", "Print & Fax" or "Print & Scan", but I cannot print.

Network Scan

• On my Brother machine I selected "Scan to Network" using the SCAN key, but I cannot find my Macintosh.
• I cannot find the destination computer on the network when I try to scan a document using the machine's Scan key.
• I am sharing my Brother machine. I can print but cannot scan.

Management

• The message to install the Java runtime appeared and I couldn't configure the wireless setting of my Brother machine using Wireless Device Setup Wizard. (For Mac OS X 10.7 or greater)
• I updated the Web BRAdmin and cannot enable the logging function.
• I cannot use the "Modules Update" button on Web BRAdmin.
• The BRAdmin Professional software is not able to locate the Brother machine on my network.
• I want to use the Simple Network Configuration capabilities of Apple Mac OS X but I cannot find my printer in the "Print Center", "Printer Setup Utility" or "Default Printer Browser".

Security & Advanced features

• I'm trying to print a multiple-page document from iPhone, iPod touch and iPad, but ONLY the first page is printing. (Air Print)
• The error message "No AirPrint Printers Found" appears when I tap the Print icon on my mobile device ( iPhone, iPod touch, iPad ).
