Driver/ Software/ Firmware/ Operating System Problem - Troubleshooting

Drivers

• How do I uninstall the printer driver?
• Which operating systems are compatible with this printer?
• The driver downloaded from the website cannot be installed.
• The message "Error 1607 : Unable to install InstallShield Scripting Runtime." is displayed during installation.
• What can I do when the installation of the printer driver was not completed.(The installation of the printer driver stops after connecting the printer.)
• I'm trying to install the printer driver using a USB Hub.The "Driver Setup" dialog box appeared and the QL printer was connected, but the installation does not continue.

• A message to install Java runtime appears when I start BRAdmin Light on Mac OS X 10.7.  

Operating System (Windows)

• I cannot open [Label format definitions] from the Printing Preferences in Windows® 7.  After clicking [Label format definitions] the error message "Administrator privileges are required in order to use this utility." shows and finish.  What can I do?
• Whenever I attempt to open Microsoft Word, Excel, or Outlook, a Security Warning window comes up and warns me that the macros may contain viruses. What should I do?
• Printing is possible by a user with Administrator access; however, printing is not possible by a user with Power User access. (Windows 2000/XP)
