Paper Feed Problem - Troubleshooting

General

  • Paper Feed Problems
  • The paper is misfeeding or multiple pages are going through.

Paper Jams

  • The paper is skewed when it's printed.
  • "JAM E1" error appears on the LCD. What should I do?
  • "JAM D" or "JAM E2" error appears on the LCD. What should I do?
  • "JAM C" error appears on the LCD. What should I do?
  • "JAM B" error appears on the LCD. What should I do?
  • "JAM A1" / "JAM A2" error appears on the LCD. What should I do?

Cannot Feed

  • The printer does not load paper.
  • I'm using Windows® XP. I can't tell my application to feed paper from the lower tray.
