P-touch Editor Problem - Troubleshooting

P-touch Editor 5.0

• I cannot register the Add-In in 64 bit editions of Microsoft® Office 2010 (P-touch Editor 5.0 for Windows).
• I cannot select my printer name from the "Application Matching Printer" drop-down menu in the "Printer Setup" dialog box (P-touch Editor 5.0 for Windows).
• During the installation of P-touch Editor 5.0, the message "uninstall the previous version of the software" appears.
• When I try to use the database function, an application error occurs. (P-touch Editor 5.0 for Windows)
• The tape width cannot be selected. Only standard paper sizes can be selected. (P-touch Editor 5.0 for Windows)

P-touch Editor Lite

• Can I enter text vertically? (P-touch Editor Lite)
• I cannot remove the device safely when disconnecting the labeler.
• The P-touch Editor Lite ends by itself. Why?(P-touch Editor Lite)
• I cannot start P-touch Editor Lite. [Found New Hardware Wizard] appears when connecting the P-touch labeler.
