Print Problem - Troubleshooting

Cannot Print

  • I cannot print labels with the database-assisted printing feature using a barcode reader.
  • I have connected multiple printers of the same model to one PC but can only print from one of the machines.
  • I cannot print from the printer in a network-shared environment. What can I do?
  • Printing is not possible. (USB connection) 
  • Suddenly my print server stopped printing.
  • I have an occasional problem printing.
  • My machine has suddenly stopped printing.
  • When I print a long label, or many labels continuously, printing stops suddenly before finishing. Why does this happen?

Print Quality Problem

  • The print quality is poor, and the image is too light or dark.
  • How do I print labels with higher quality? (P-touch Editor 5.0 for Windows)

Printed Result

  • The print result is blurred/white lines appear on my prints, or the print result is too dark to read and sometimes the paper cannot be fed correctly. What should I do?
  • The printed result does not appear as expected. What can I do?
  • The printed bar code image is different from what I see on the P-touch Editor screen. (P-touch Editor 5.0 for Windows)
