TN-04 BK/ C/ M/ Y Toner Cartridge

The Black toner cartridge prints apploximately 10,000 pages and the color toner cartridges print apploximately 6,600 pages based on approximately 5% page coverage for each color used when printing on A4/Letter sized paper.
When one of the LCD panel squares starts to flash, this indicates that one of the toner cartridges is running low on toner. When this happens, you should order the appropriate replacement toner from your Brother reseller as soon as possible.
When you see the TONER EMPTY message on the LCD panel, the printer stops printing until you replace the toner cartridge which has run out.

Quick Facts

To produce all the colors you see on a page, the individual toners are mixed during the printing process. This mixing of the four toner colors allows the printer to print in rich, vibriant color shades. The Black toner cartridge has a higher yield because black is the Key color for monochrome and color printing.
