Specifying the User Name of Each Bin of the Mail Box

To set the user name of each bin of the Mail Box, follow the steps below:

Click the "Properties" button to display the printer driver settings.
You will see the Brother dialogue screen. Select the 'Advanced' tab and then select the 'Mail Box' icon.
From the 'Select Mailbox number' pull down box, select the number of bins you wish to assign user names. If you want to set names all the bins, select '10 Mailboxes'. Click 'Edit Mailbox Username...' button.
Type the user name in the 'User Name' box, and select the tray number of the user from the 'Tray' pull down list. Click 'Add>>' button. Repeat from step 4 until you enter all user names.
Click OK. Now the Mail box bins are specified for each user.
