Title:

The error message "The tape type is different. Use HG tape." is displayed when trying to print. What can I do?

Verify your P-touch Editor 5.0 version from the P-touch Editor [Help] – [About...] menu.

If it is earlier than ver. 5.0.101, printing errors may occur.

Please download and install the latest versions of the P-touch Editor 5.0. You can go to the Download page by clicking the "Downloads" tab in the top left corner of this page.
