If the error still occurs even when running Trust Macro with Microsoft® Office 2002 /2003, please follow the steps below:

1. On the Tools menu in Microsoft® Word or Excel®, click Macro, and then click the Security tab.
   
   
2. If the security level is set to High or Very High, the P-touch Add-In cannot be used. Please change it to Medium or Low.
   
   
3. Please try using the Add-In function again.

[Microsoft® Office 2007]

If the error still occurs even when running Trust Macro with Microsoft® Office 2007, please follow the steps below:

1. In Microsoft® Word or Excel®, click the Microsoft Office Button , and then click Word Options or Excel Options.
   
   
2. Click Trust Center, then click Trust Center Settings.
   
   
3. Click Macro Settings in the left-hand pane of the window. If Disable all macros without notification or Disable all macros with notification is selected in the Macro Settings section, the P-touch Add-In cannot be used. Please change the setting to Disable all macros except digitally signed macros.
   
   
4. Please try using the Add-In function again.
