How do I enlarge or reduce the copies I make?

Description:

Please note that changing the enlargement or reduction ratio only affects the next copy job performed.
To enlarge or reduce the next copy you make, please follow these steps:


  1. Press the Copy mode key to illuminate it.
  2. Load your document.
  3. Use the dial pad to enter the number of copies you want (up to 99).
  4. Press the Enlarge/Reduce.
  5. Use the Up or Down Arrow key to choose the enlargement or reduction ratio you want, then press OK.

    -OR-

    Use the Up or Down Arrow key to choose "Custom (25 - 400%)" and press OK. Use the dial pad to manually enter an enlargement or reduction ratio between 25% and 400%, then press OK. For example: press 5, 3 to enter 53%.

  6. Press Black (Mono) Start or Color (Colour) Start.

Note

    Page Layout Options 2in1(P), 2in1(L), 4in1(P), 4in1(L) or Poster are not available with Enlarge/Reduce.
