How do I enlarge or reduce the copies I make?

Description:

You can both enlarge and reduce the copies you make by using the Enlarge/Reduce key. Please note that changing the enlargement or reduction ratio only affects the next copy job performed. To enlarge or reduce the next copy you make, please follow these steps:

 


  1. Press the Copy key to illuminate it in green.
  2. Place the document you want to copy on the flat scanner glass or in the Automatic Document Feeder.
  3. Use the dial pad to enter the number of copies you want (up to 99).
  4. Press the Enlarge/Reduce key.
  5. Use the up or down arrow key to select the enlargement or reduction ratio you want, then press Menu/Set.
    -OR-
    You can select "Custom (25 - 400%)" and press Menu/Set, use the dial pad to manually enter an enlargement or reduction ratio between 25% and 400%, then press Menu/Set to confirm your choice. For example: press 5, 3 to enter 53%.
  6. Press Black(Mono) Start or Color(Colour) Start.

Note

    Special Copy Options 2 in 1 (Portrait), 2 in 1 (Landscape), 4 in 1 (Portrait), 4 in 1 (Landscape), and Poster are not available when using Enlarge/Reduce.
