I am using Windows® 2000/XP. When I click the "Print" icon in Adobe® Reader® 7.0 I see the following error message: "The Document could not be printed." What can I do?

A patch program will solve the problem. Please download and install it following the instructions below:

 

 


  1. Make a temporary directory on your HDD to save the downloaded file, e.g. C:\bront
  1. Once downloading is completed, double click the downloaded file.
  1. When you see the message below, click 'OK' to install the patch program.
  1. Please follow the installation directions.
  1. Click OK when completed.

    If the program is already installed, the message below appears. Click OK.
