I'm using Windows® NT/ 2000/ XP. When I scan to OCR using the Brother ControlCenter, the OCR result does not appear. What can I do?

This issue will occur if the necessary settings for the OCR is not obtained from the PaperPort® application correctly due to limited access user acounts. To resolve this issue launch the PaperPort® application and scan again into the ControlCenter while the PaperPort® application is open or contact your system administrator to have access restrictions removed from the user account you are using.
